Characteristics

1.Excellent Eco friendly property: Meet the international food (drinking water) grade of FDA, EU directive 10/2011, NSF61, etc.

2.Excellent temperature resistance property: Ether TPU can endure the cold crack -50ºC and high temperature 80ºC, some specialty can reach the high temperature around 100-120ºC.

3.Excellent physical mechanism property: Compared to TPE, PVC, EVA, PP, TPU film have excellent tensile strength, flexible and durable. TPU laminated fabric can reach the tensile strength to 7000N/50mm as customers required.

4. Excellent oil resistance
1) Use to contain Industrial Oils: for example, Mineral Oils, Tung Oils, Castor Oils, Base Oils, different kinds of lubricant Oils and additive agents, Glycerin Oils, Hydraulic Oils,High oil fatty acids, Refined Oils, Process Oils, Transformer Oils, Industrial gear Oils, Vegetable Oils, White Oils, etc.

2) Use to contain Fuel Oils: Diesel Oils (light), etc.

3) Can meet the requirements of soft oil bag material's GJB4219, GJB6660, GJB5482 Standard.

5.Good processing property: Applicable to high frequency welding, high temperature welding, glue, sewing, ect.
